Don't know if it was PS2,Xbox,PSP but I think it belongs to the Playstation. It was an action game but I never really got that far. You were a soldier for a company I think and you had this mentor who people say abandon you and the company to join his old friend. You then get partnered with a guy in a suit. Now about the combat part, you had this weird rotating heads on the top left and whenever 3 heads would appear you'd get a special attack. One special attack I remember is a voice saying "Concentrate" and you slice the enemy several times.
