Believe it was a compaq presario, but I could have the name of the computer wrong.
Anyways, the game was largely flying around in a vehicle. There were also turret defense missions, where you shot down stuff from a stationary gun.
The game was set up in three acts, each containing multiple missions. (may have been four, I could have forgotten one)
The first act was based around a military base in the mountains. The second was at a shuttle launch pad, and I distinctly remember one of the missions was to fly around and put out fires. Then the third act was on the moon fighting off aliens.
Edit: found it, it was "Incoming: The Final Conflict"
