I saw this a few years ago (4? 5?), it wasn't particularly well drawn (might have just been stick figures, but not badly drawn, if that makes any sense). Black and white, I think.
So in the comic, the government has collapsed and everything is in chaos. An anarchist gloats at some elitist corporate businessman, talking about how great everything will be now, and how the businessman won't be able to depend on laws to protect him anymore (or something like that). Then the businessman pulls out a gun and shoots the guy, because there are no laws anymore.
That was pretty much the whole comic, I've just been remembering it vaguely for a while now and would really like to see the original, but haven't had much luck.
Thanks in advance!
