Been trying to get the name of this movie for years because this one particular character I can’t get out of my head. The scene: it was kind of dark in the scene and as the camera panned up there was a big stocky man, I believe in a suit with a top hat, going from building to building like he was trying to be stealth. I also think that he was riding some type of bike. In my mind I remember a tricycle (could he wrong). He reminded me of a bigger version of a leprechaun. Please help me out here guys.
