[Tomt] I can't remember if it was a book, TV show, or movie, but it has some sort of magical bullet that had teeth and bit into what it hit.

I can't remember what I see this in. But if I'm remembering right the shooter had some sort of box that contained a few of them. I believe that were semi sentient and auto targeting and had a mouth on the tip of the bullet that would bite and burrow into what it hit. I feel like the scene I remember had it biting into someone's eyes and then bouncing around inside the targets head.
