I can’t figure out that the title of this movie is called but it popped in my head today and wanted to search it up. I think it’s set for Xmas time because I remember the son and his non white wife visit his family back home. However the entire family wakes up to like metal being put on all the windows and doors so they can’t leave. They are fed info through the TV that says that there was a bomb or something so a foreign gov is controllingthem. Eventually the TV forces them to do more crazy things all leading up to a fight between the family. Eventually after some people die the main characters like try to cut their way through the metal only to realize there are like wires on the other side of the door and the camera zooms out to like the earth covered in some like metal all over houses assuming that this blood bath is occurring in every house. Idk if it was technology or aliens doing it but that’s all I can remember. Any thoughts?
