I'm trying to track down what I think is a Loony Toons cartoon. In it, a character - Porky? Daffy? Elmer Fudd? goes to a doctor because they are very anxious or stressed. The doctor tells the character to get away from it all and get some rest and relaxation. The character checks into a hotel. The room next door has all sorts of crazy party noises that go on all through the night - laughing, yelling, music - and the character ends up going next door to tell them to shut up. He is greeted at the door by the doctor, playing a trombone.

Any ideas?
