I don't think it's The Blob. I remember watching this around 2005( - a few years maybe)

I can't remember much of it though, there're only a few scenes I can recall. One is they made a raft whilst in the middle of the ocean, and when there were around 2 people left on the raft (1 guy 1 girl) the guy tried checking out the sleeping girl's body. Somewhere near the end the girl get's eaten and the guy reaches shore. Upon reaching shore he says something like "I'm safe, you can't reach me now" then the blob suddenly attacks him and eats him as well.
