My friend messaged me about how I once told her about a book I was reading with a male character that always answers a phone call even when he's in the middle of something because he has a family member missing. According to said friend, I wasn't done reading yet when I told her about this and she suddenly remembered it and got curious about what happened. I cannot for the life of me remember anything, but I'm notorious about forgetting what happens in a book I just finished an hour ago so I'm not surprised.
The more I think about it though, I feel like I'm starting to have some recollection about this and I'm thinking my friend might have it mixed up and it's actually a movie or show because I think I can remember actual scenes and not just words? Is any of this familiar?
