One of those tru tv, tlc, or discovery jail docu-dramas. i just remember in this episode a 20 something trans women is dealing with time in jail in Vegas and at one point gets released or makes bail and is on the streets of vegas trying to find her boyfriend. I recall her borrowing a cell phone to call him. I know it isn't the series titled Jail because that only shows footage from inside the jail. This was both inside and outside of the jail/on the streets of Vegas.
