The baby is trapped on a weird island. There are creates there that will cut the baby's diaper. There is a treasure chest and the player needs to point and click different objects to win the game. It is similar to how Grow Island works where items level up. For example, the diaper the baby is wearing levels up to a golden diaper if you click the objects in a similar order. My memory is vague since it has been such a long time since I've played the game. If my memory is correct, there are three treasure chests. One contains the golden diaper, the golden pacifier, and another item I think is an eye-patch. I think the end of the game ends with the baby ruling over the island.
