I have been searching for this video for a long time now, and I’d given up until I remembered this subreddit might be able to help. It’s a public freakout video (not necessarily from the r/publicfreakout subreddit but I thought that was where I saw it, even though I can no longer find it on there), and in the video two men are getting into a dispute at rental car dealership. The man filming is African American, the rental car employee being filmed is Hispanic, and both men appear to be in their 30s or so. I don’t remember the cause of the dispute, but while they are arguing the African American man starts to skip around the dealership, I think to piss the employee off. Then the employee leaves the counter and starts skipping around the dealership with the man, to make fun of how absurd he’s being. Sorry I don’t remember more details, but if anybody remembers this video and has a link to it I’d be very grateful.
