There were these 2 high-school girls, who somehow were contacted by lil puffball creatures. One was yellow and the other was pink I believe. They lived in their phones.
The lil puffballs come from a planet or world that is meadows or flower fields or something, and there's this evil woman who wants to destroy/take over/leech (I can't remember) the Puffballs' home. So the puffballs turn the girls into magical girls.
I can remember an episode where the bully of the girls ends up finding one of their phones, but I can't remember what exactly happened next...
Oh, and between scenes, there were lil sketches of the characters running and stuff.
That's all I got. I watched this between 2006 and 2008, and I was 5 - 7 at the time, but I haven't been able to find it since :)
