Not 2005 exactly, but its somewhere before 2010, and after 2001. It was a 3D animated bumper, kind of like tonami, but it was on either an underwater base or some type of submarine. I thought it was on cartoon network but I've check the wiki and their bumper pages and no Luck. I believe it started with an L and I remember the "host" being female. they would have other catheters who were fish themed come in through a hole and make jokes, and i think there was a computer that would help say what shows were coming up next. I watched it when i was a kid, so potential channels i can think of would be Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney, CW Kids (the cartoon block on Saturday mornings.) Its possible it was another station but im not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank you!
