In the video, a woman gets a letter and starts crying. She is sitting on a couch and puts the letter down on a coffee table. A man is standing in the room, but the woman ignores him. We later find out he's dead and was in a car crash. Later on in the video the room from the opening shot catches fire.
Genre was pop or pop punk. I want to say it's similar to Simple Plan but it's not The Reason.
