Looking for an Asian movie where a bald guy with glasses is walking into a warehouse flicking bullets with his thumb from one hand into the chamber of a revolver his other hand while walking into a warehouse. I remember there what another guy with crazy eyebrows that seemed to be happy the bald guy was there, but the bald guy eventually gets hit in the head with a 2x4 and knocked out.

There seemed to be a shoot out in the warehouse, and it looked like one of the bad guys ended up on the ground with a snake right beside him ready to bite. The snake was very out of place, and the guy looked at it, would shoot his gun, and then look at it again.

I think it was some sort of comedy. I did some looking, and I am wondering if it is not one of Stephan Chows films.
