Alright a long one but this should stir up memory somewhere for y'all.

There is one movie or some show that I seen way back in 1998-1999. Somewhere in that region, maybe 2000. I was born in '92 so I was just a kid. Anyways, I remember it had to do with two male kids, probably teenagers. They visited what looked like a ghost town and the people there were behaving strangely. Fast forward a bit and I remember them stabbing an armchair and it started leaking BLUE BLOOD. I can't remember if they were thinking it was a dream and they wanted to wake up or they were destroying something to prove some point. Then they get into their car because they were being chased, and the apparitions disappeared when they got in.

I've thought it was the movie Lost Highway (1997) because the ambiance looked dark with a blueish tint and it fits the timeline of when I might have watched. I figured it was one of the episodes of Goosebumps but holy shit, there's so many seasons and when I read the episode list, none of them were really close to this. I've even searching for YEARS.

I'm sure somewhere here knows or at least has a lead. Thanks you guys.
