90s to 2000s film. Low budget film about basically how revenge is a fools game. It's about a gang(gang 1). I think somewhere in l.a and they get shot by their rival gang (gang 2) killing some of their members. And so they take revenge and kill their rival gang (gang 2) thinking they killed all of them. At the very end it turns out one of the rival gang (gang 2) members live and shows more of his homies the leader of the main gang (gang 1) his family's house where the leader of the main gang (gang 1) lives. They are celebrating something either someone's birthday or a graduation and that's when the rival gang (gang 2) put on ski masks and jump out the car and run inside the house killing the gang 1 leader and his whole family. I know this is a shot in the dark but hoping someone know what I'm talking about. Has boulevard nights vibes going on but I think it was a low budget independent film. It was so long ago so sorry if their are any errors
