My brother explained the video to me and we can't find it now. The guy is riding a motorcycle with a big group and a cop pulls him over saying he need the camera for evidence. The guy refuses and the cop arrests him. In the comments were videos of news coverage following the release of the biker and statements from the sheriffs department.
