I remember shorts scenes of this film. It was set in Jamaica. It was maybe from the late 80's to 90's. A really specific scene I remember is a black guy getting pushed off a building or into a pit of some sort and he gets impaled by crudely made bamboo (?) spikes. There was also machine gun fights. I'm almost certain they were drug lords or something. thanks!
