This is the way I remember it:

The video shows a man looking at pictures of his ex-girlfriend on social media. Shes' super happy with another guy. He's in a dark, depressing apartment. He then starts posting on social media, but stuff like (these examples are the type of thing in the video, not exact):

- Taking a picture of a delicious meal at a restaurant, with the caption of "Good food, good friends", then the camera shows he's alone at a restaurant and not even interested in what he ordered.

- He's driving, then parks on the side of the road, gets out of his car dressed in running clothes, splashes water on his face so it looks like he's sweating, captions the photo "What a great day for running!", then gets back in his car and drives away.

- More examples like that, and each one gets "liked" multiple times by people.

The video ends with him in his depressing apartment typing something like "I'm alone and I hate myself" (might not be that bad, I forget), posting it to social media, and getting no likes.

This might have been an advertisement about the dangers of social media.

I remember seeing it ~10 years ago? Give or take.
