I saw this movie a few years ago and it was pretty low budget. It was about a family, brother and sister and maybe a male cousin. They owned a house they were trying to turn into a tourist attraction by making it a horror show. I think their parents had just died and they were in debt and needed to do this to keep the house. They were descendants of Van Helsing but probably didn't know it. They have the skull of Dracula in their attic and the sister remembers interacting with the skull at some point. I think they use the head in their horror show and get blood on it, bringing it to life. And then horror stuff starts happening and they have to kill vampires or maybe zombies. Probably vampires but I remember tons of blood. I think the sister is engaged to a cop who almost dies. I know this seems like a lot of details that would be able to find the movie but I've tried for a long time and the mention of Van Helsing pretty much just brings up popular movies.
