Google is not on my side today. This is a horror or horror thriller movie centred around two males, I believe they are black, and are hiding from someone trying to kill them or someone they owe money to. If I remember correctly, they are in a club on business toward the start of the film.

While trying to escape, they stumble upon a rundown two-storey house and take refuge. I believe one is in much worse condition than the other and he or both of them suffer from hallucinations in the house.

I don’t remember if there are any other people or ‘people’ in the house or if the terror occurs offscreen. At some point I believe a snake (python?) is in the house. One of them may be chained to a bed upstairs and could be getting tortured. There is a very dreadful and hopeless vibe about the whole movie. The man restricted to the bed or bedroom may be bleeding out, poisoned, or on some other countdown.

It would have been made post-2000 and likely pre-2010. I thought it had a one-word title like Nailed, or Chained, or something similar. Nails and/or chains may be featured on the box art with a white background. I did rent this movie at the same time as Chain Letter (2010) so there may be some crossed wires here.
