I’m pretty sure this movie had to have been made sometime after 2010, but all I remember is this specific scene when two siblings (one teen and one young child) are at this teen party and the young child has an allergic reaction to something so the teen is speeding to get home and the young child sticks their head out the window because they couldn’t breath and I guess he wanted air, then the teen passes a street sign and it decapitates the young child. Pretty sure the teen ends up driving home and goes to their room without telling anyone, even though the body is still in the car.
