First horror movie I watched as a kid, and all I can remember is a scene where this guy drives his car across an old bridge into a foggy town that seems haunted but grotesque people. He comes across a hotel and decides to stay. An old woman checks him into the hotel, then he asks what kind of food do they serve, she goes over some food options that include a salad. The camera then pans down to her husband who is mostly nude and chained to the old woman’s ankle while she drags him around across the floor. After the guy checks in, it shows her chopping up her husband and putting him in the salad.

I can’t remember anything else. And it’s been sitting rent free in my head for over 20 years.
