He is an old guy driving a modified older car (1979 Lincoln comes to mind) he has maybe a roll cage and glass partition separating the drivers seat from the rest of the car. There was a woman who may have had her hands tied up and he was driving erratically. He would slam on the breaks so she would smash against the glass and she got all bloodied up. There was kind of a stereotypical bloody handprint on the glass type shot at the end. That scene was basically all I can remember seeing. They were arguing or discussing something but then he got angry and started driving. The car seemed to have possibly been designed to torture/injure people like this.
