I stumbled on a fan edit on youtube of a show/possibly movie but fell asleep and didn't like the video. The guy starts to date the girl but ends up falling for her brother, (really vague sorry) I think the main guy was into swimming and at one point he gets drunk and kisses her brother at a party and everyone saw including the sister. The edit had music over the audio and I can't remember if it was in another language.
