My wife and I watched a relatively recently made horror-ish movie that largely revolves around a woman who discovers she's attracted to corpses. At one point late in the movie, her male friend who has a crush on her finds out about her secret and hatches a plan to hook up with her by pretending to be dead.
The movie ends with the female star realizing that the male friend is alive, running away in embarrassment to a graveyard in back of the morgue. She stands in an open grave, threatening to end her life when her male friend makes one last declaration of love. They both lie in the grave together and she hits a switch which results in dirt piling on top of them both.
