My parents bought a lot of burnt CDs growing up and there is one film I have been trying to remember for years. I was way too young (8 or 9) to be seeing it. Film is probably from the Late 90s to mid 2000s.

• Film begins with a murder in a very disgusting public bathroom. Had to do something with a slime/sewage monster as well?

• Main Character is trying to thay solve murder I think. Is accompanied by some sort of magical girl (fairy?) That give him powers.

• SPOILERS: The end(?) of the movie has the main character bloodied and defeated by something, who kidnaps the fairy character. He is surrounded by flames and watches her getting taken away. I'm not sure this is where the film ends but that's where the burnt disk ended.

• Other notes: As well as the film being very violent, it is very raunchy as well if I recall. I think it's some sort of Sci-fi/fantasy combo.

Frankly I'd be amazed if we managed to find this, there's not much to go with, but I thought I'd give this a shot. If you know of any resources or other places I can ask, that'd be great too! Thanks in advance 🙏
