Looking for a movie which is mainly focused on cooking. It's a competition between chefs... And they cook off in odd challenges.
One challenge that I remember is a chef competing the main lead proposes a shark fin soup cook off. He grabs a dried shark fin and pulls strings off of it with his mouth and explains how shark fin is good for manhood. Also has various other odd cook offs.
