Hello! I’ve been trying to remember this movie for quite a while now and I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I don’t remember any of the main actors names. The main villain is an actor who was semi popular in the 90s-00s blue eyes, built, mean mug.
The movie is about a guy who has this girl locked in a room in his house in the woods. Then this blonde lady comes and rescues her. I remember a scene where German shepherds are chasing after the woman.
The final scene the lady brings the girl to a hospital and she says a word and repeats it over and over progressively louder.
I know this is a reach but any help is appreciated!
