A girls in a therapy appointment and the doctor asks her if she's been writing in her journal, she hands him a note from her cleavage and as he starts reading it a voice over of her reading the note plays as she slowly moves off the couch and onto her knees as she looks up at him, undoing his pants. The note gets more and more sexual as he eventually tosses it aside exclaiming he's gonna lose his license as she starts blowing him. I can't find it for the life of me anymore.
