I know this is going to be a long shot because my of my ability to describe the video I'm looking for, but here goes: It was a big production company with mainstream pornstars in their 30s or 40s. It starts with a blond woman in a business skirt and jacket sitting on the couch next to her coworker with paperwork on the coffee table. They discuss how they have been working late a lot. The white male coworker with brown hair offers to massage the woman's feet and kisses her. She resists and reminds him that she is married and that she will leave if he keeps crossing the line. He offers to get her more wine and she refuses but he gets up to get himself more.

This is all I remember and I know that's not a lot to go on. I think I was on porntrex at the time but their search function is terrible and I can't find it. The acting wasn't terrible and somewhat believable which is why it stuck out to me.
