Help Out Search for Long Lost a Serious Challenge

I saw this years ago in college. It was a gothy kinda hippie girl long dark hair on a tropical vacation. She gets all wasted with some guy they get it on in the shower and in the hotel room. She is so loud and into it that it has haunted me for years. I am not sure if it was shot in Mexico or something like that, but she picked him up locally and I think it ends with her roomie coming in and catching them.
