This may have just been a fever dream, but I remember a flash game similar to age of war. You have teams on opposite sides of the screen and you create fighters to try and destroy your opponents base. Unlike age of war your playing as a kid who makes like Frankenstein monsters, and instead of waiting for money you do a match 3 puzzle at the bottom of the screen to get resources like blood and flesh. It's style was gothic and that's about all I remember. Hopefully someone can prove me sane.
