Notable gameplay mechanics: Waist high cover (like in gears) and the marine could pick the woman with one hand and throw her like a football to the enemies. Her magic(?) powers damaged them and returned to the marine's side after a little while.

Other details: I think Quantum was part of the name. It was around the time Gears of War came out and I played it as a demo on the 360 and it imprinted how it seemed like a copy of the Gears game.
