I remember reading a page on this game on tvtropes forever ago and playing it not too long afterward.
The game was more or less a metroidvania, you play as an egg and I think the goal is to hatch yourself.
It looks like it was made entirely on mspaint, and it uses super basic sound effects like the ones you hear on I Wanna Be the Guy or the music from Baldi's Basics. I can't really remember too much else about the game, unfortunately
