Platform: I think just PC, maybe a few consoles

Genre: open world down to earth fantasy

Est. year of release: it was hyped for like a decade, but I think I remember seeing videos of its failure in the past 5 years

Art style/Graphics: realistic but more beautiful a la Skyrim

Notable characters: no idea

Notable gameplay mechanics: the whole idea of the game was to be this ultra immersive, highly competent environment in which every action you took genuinely had an equal and opposite reaction. The specific example I remember was the scars on trees and the reviewer was railing him because the expectation was this crazy AI but they only delivered… trees. That you couldn’t even interact with I think!
