I'm really not sure... If I had to guess, I played it around 2008, but it was probably released several years earlier.

Graphics/art style:

Realistic, 3D. (although low-poly, considering the age).

You could view from both 3rd person or 1st person, IIRC

The tracks I remember were dirt tracks indoors in a stadium.

As far as I remember, there weren't really any characters.

Notable gameplay mechanics:

I think it was a bit of a simulation game.

During races, your buggy could get damaged. In the corner of the screen, you had a diagram of your buggy, showing each component in green, yellow, or red, depending on the level of damage.

Between races, you could get sponsorships, which would increase your earnings if you won the next race.

You could spend money on different buggies.
