Ok, this is gonna be a weird one. My memory of it is hazy, but it was a "game" (though I'm not sure it had an actual point) where there were a lot of hand-drawn 2D animations of formally dressed men doing very strange things, such as swallowing one another, contorting in weird ways, transforming into objects, etc. It might've been a separate thing (like a collection of animations you get after finishing a visual novel) or an actual part of a bigger game. The animations themselves were quite detailed and disturbing.
