I remember the game was on an old windows pc when I was a kid son it might have been on windows xp or 95. I specifically remember there was a theater mode and it had a video compilation of early flight videos where it was a bunch of failures similar to this video:

also in the main menu there was a cup of coffee that if you clicked it it would spill and someone would yell "oww". I dont remember much more but I feel like this has A LOT of specific details. thanks in advanced.
