PC game I wanna say I played on my windows 95 computer, and I played it at my house so I didn't need internet for it, Pretty sure it was on a disc
You control a trampoline with a spiked ball on it and the goal was to smash the knights that were on platforms you had to bounce the ball onto. It's on one screen, the only transitions you have are when you complete a level. Every time you crushed a knight dude he'd fly off to the side in a shower of blood and his corpse was there until you went to the new level.
It was a pixel game but you could tell they tried to make it look realistic.
The ground was grassy and the platforms the soldiers/knights were standing on were connected to one of those medieval spiked log walls
