Platform(s): PC - pretty sure, could be a console emulation on PC
Genre: JRPG but with tactical combat (like FF Tactics)
Estimated year of release: No idea - I was playing it mid-2000s
Graphics/art style: Basic Pixely, I don't remember much but I think they were worse than FF Tactics and more zoomed out with bigger maps. Sort of like FF2 I think.
Notable characters: I don't remember names but it had fire mage girl I think who had a lot of powerful AOE spells. There were many characters to choose from.
Notable gameplay mechanics: It was very long with a very big map and I'm sure one part of the story you go to another continent or a different over map.
Other details: I think it was the second game of a franchise. I think the story or the title had something to do with rings but that may be completely wrong. I used to play it a lot when I was young (around 10 years old). I had the game on a CD with a lot of different games some of which may have been emulated (arcade games, battletoads, TMNT one, Home Alone 2, etc) so i'm unsure if the game was PC or not.
Thanks for the help.
