I've gone one-by-one on any list of screenshots of IIgs games I could find and still no luck.
This was a puzzle-like game with switches in different rooms that controlled devices (doors?) in other rooms. If I recall correctly, there were enemies...the one I can remember was a worm-like creature. Graphics were mostly line-based and very basic.
