I had some cool levels I made on this game but unfortunately I forgot to bookmark it and can't remember the game after about 4-5 years.

You could access it in your browser but I think it had a plugin as well as a downloadable application. The art style was cartoony. It had themes like pirates and halloween. You could pick up guns in the game with limited ammo, or a sword, and I'm pretty sure it had cannons.

You would design your own character and their outfits and then use them in the levels. The editor had a fair amount of depth.
