I remember getting this game as a gift a few years back. Any time I try to look up the name or any type of information on it, I cant find even a shred of evidence it existed. It was a solo player action game.

Basically the premise was that there were a bunch of japanese gods, one of which was associated with mischief and was a big fuck up. They eventually meet up with the player and give them magic powers while cracking jokes in a very deadpool-esque style as a companion. I vaguely remember the plot being a revenge plot after being left for dead in a burning village?

I remember the ending he dies in a sacrificial way and there was a supposed sequel where you use the same protagonist with one of the god's brothers?

Its been years since Ive had the game, as I got rid of my xbox and games associated, but any help would be appreciated.
