This game is very similar to Worms in terms of the graphics and animation, although I think it's more 3D rather than 2D (yet I'm not 100% sure).

You are controlling a creature in a small boat in a very vivid environment where you can move the boat left and right while aiming to shoot a bunch of fruits and vegetables above the river where you're floating on. As you shoot them, they fall down and you may collect them.

That's all I can recall. Yes, I know there are many other games of similar genre, but if there is something you find relatable please don't hesitate to share
