Ok so idk how much detail is too much but when I was a kid I watched a true crime show . I have no idea what it was called but it was a reenactment of real crimes . ( at the time I had no idea what reenactment was so everytime something horrifying happened I was like " why isn't the camera man doing something to stop him !")

Anyways its about this dad who would take his daughter into the bathroom whenever she was going to be punished and instead of a normal one he would grape her .

She finally tells someone I believe q teacher or counselor maybe and her entire family doesn't believe her . Her older sister calls her attention seeking .

Until he (now a grandpa) is bathing his grandaughter, and the granddaughter streaks in the tub and the older sister of the original victim comes in and realizes what is going on and screams at her dad " you promised you wouldn't keep doing this if I didn't tell anyone! "

Anyways its a long shot but I wanted to figure out who I was watching and see what happened to the dude
