Tinnitus after Moderna. If it happened to you did it stop eventually?

A few days after getting my 2nd shot I developed loud tinnitus. Audiologist say my hearing is perfect. CT and MRI scan all normal.
My second dose was in May 2021 and it is still as loud as the first day over a year later. I got a eustachian tube dilation last Thursday. ENT said I should see the benefits in about 2 weeks. Has anyone had tinnitus resolve after this long?
It's cause me extreme anxiety and sleep disturbances.
