Is post covid/post-flu Tinnitus permanent?

So my T was after covid/flu (can't really tell cuz I didn't check) and it's now been 2 months. I've been coping normally (still having some anxiety attacks and losing hope sometimes). I'd like to hear stories from you guys. Since when did your post covid/flu T start? Has it disappeared?
